Quick Start Guide

Connect your store and start tracking inventory in 15 minutes.

Welcome to Lagrio

This guide will get you from zero to a fully connected inventory system in about 15 minutes.

Step 1 — Create your account (2 min)

  1. Go to lagrio.eu/signup
  2. Enter your email and set a password
  3. Velg din plan (eller start med Growth-prøven — gratis, ingen kort nødvendig)

Step 2 — Import your inventory (5 min)

You have three options:

Option A: Import from CSV

  • Go to Inventory → Import
  • Upload your CSV file (columns: sku, name, quantity, category)
  • Review the AI-normalised preview
  • Confirm import

Option B: Import from WooCommerce

  • Go to Integrations → WooCommerce
  • Click Sync produkter — Lagrio imports your product catalogue automatically

Option C: Add manually

  • Go to Inventory → Add product
  • Fill in the fields and save

Step 3 — Connect your store (5 min)

Step 4 — Set up alerts (3 min)

  1. Go to Settings → Alerts
  2. Enter your WhatsApp number and click Send test alert
  3. Set your default alert threshold (e.g. 5 units)
  4. Set quiet hours if needed (e.g. no alerts 22:00–08:00)

You’re done 🎉

From now on:

  • Every order automatically updates your inventory
  • You get a WhatsApp alert when any product drops under terskel
  • The Tar slutt om column in your dashboard shows stock forecast
